Has anyone else hallucinated spiders?

The reason I ask, is because I've talked to 6 different people, including me, who all saw spiders in their stronger mushroom trips-not to mention the many trip reports that I've seen including spiders. Is this just coincidence, or what?

I see little black bugs that are mostly like spiders. I've seen them since I started tripping. Just remember that they are your friends.

I once saw loads of giant spider shadows floating over my head on a chocolately, shimmering background whilst listening to the Jimi Hendrix song "Drifting" - my reaction was "Wow!"

yeah I saw a spider image in some particle board,
the best thing I saw was this elaborate dressed knight on the carpet
I like aluminum foil, crunching it up so it has many creases, and you'll see many different faces outlined by the creases, its pretty interesting to look at, what each face represent or is doing, some laughing, some are looking stoic, different expressions, it doesn't work unless you get blasted though.

leaving aside all discussion of the role of insects in the unconscious mind, spiders, or spider-vision more accurately, often occur because of distortions in the visual field.

My maggots were in the shower. Kind of a blue granite with little off-white specks all over it.

I have seen spiders or mites in my trip twice in my lifetime. And oddly, both those trips were during autumn. I enjoyed, there were rows of spiders in my vision.

I've never seen anything that wasn't really "there," although a lot of times I will have visual distortions which make weird shapes and patterns that (I guess, if I were so inclinced at the moment) could be perceived as little bugs.
Much like when I'm sober, if I see something out of the corner of my eye while tripping, and I'm in a anxious mood, I might associate it with a bug and have it frighten me for a moment, but it doesn't seem to happen "more" when tripping.

yeah true. I don't assosiate my visuals with objects seen in the world usually. I can see how somebody would just for the sake of explaining, but I always stick with colourfull fractal patterns, sliding and rotating in unison ontop of any surface. they're great!

LSD makes colorful spider chandeliers. They seem to buzz with energy. As I move into them, they form into colorful rivers upon which I can travel. They take me into the universe, where I converse with angels, demons, and other entities.

Ive hallucinated spiders, but do you know whats worse? seeing REAL spiders while tripping. It was the second time on acid, and we were in the woods at nightfall... as we are walking i hear something which sounds like raindrops, but only coming from one tree... I see a bunch of little things falling down, so i go closer to see what it is, and its a bunch of black spiders We quickly left the area

I only see spiders when I hit the piss too hard. If I can barely walk and the room starts to spin when I lie down, then I know the arachnids are not far away.
I had a friend who saw pink elephants when she was on valium.

Lol hehehe the thing about a real halusenations is that it look just straight plain real. You wouldntr know if the kyotee is real or not unless you halusenate it being in a form that cannot exist. When My hallusenations break through I can no longer tell reality from fake. And it gets well trippy. I cant even tell if the people around me are real or fake. and its 50 50 when they are real or fake. But breaking through that hard has only happened rarly on doses wich I wont ever go there again.

at what sort of dosage did you guys have these hallucinations? because my only hallucination was on a pretty low dose, think it was 1g/1.5g and then it was some skeleton hand coming into my field of vision from the left, but on higher dosages it was always just objects distorting that were actually there...
