The best super substraight cake formula

After much success with the brf cake tek I am interested in improving the potency of the mushroom and the life of the cake itself. Things like dark rye, millet, dog food & fruits,veggies etc? can help meet this goal if added to the brf. Does anyone know or use a tek of their own that produces potent mushrooms and gives the cake a longer life? I know all the ins & outs of brf if anyone has a better tek or any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Millet for example has double the goodies brf has for our little friends so adding a bit of millet or even replacing the brf with millet makes a big difference when used for cakes. What would be a super substriaght for cakes to speed growth, produce even more potent mushrooms & give the cake a longer life?

use cakes to spawn dung. or try rye grains or birdseed formulas.
