what can I do?

Hello,I am a newbie.So please bare with me.I don't know what to do.There looks like black mold on parts of my cakes,not real strong though.And the fuzzy white parts has like a yellowish colour to it,if there is any thing I can do to fix them please let me know.

mold = dead.

empty the jars.
clean the jars well.

start over and be even more careful.

I'm not sure if the black I see is mold,but if thats what it is even though it sucks I guess I can start all over  :frown:

I don't know if my eyes were playing tricks on me yesterday,but the fuzzy parts din't look yellow today,there are two jars thats have a few small circles of fuzz on them but thats it three jars with nothing,and one with a small spot of fuzz and a line on top of the cake,it looks like myc.maybe, is there any way to save them?

Leave the jars alone for a week, then check them. If you have molds, you'll see green, red, or black, and there won't be any mistaking it for something else. Mushroom mycelium is as white as fresh snow.
