Overgrow.com shut down.

I forgot the URL that lead me to the site, but overgrow.com and a few other websites have been shut down by canadian police. Overgrow.com is one of the best marijuana growing forums out there with comprehensive guides and members to help new or veteran canabis growers just like how shroomery.org is to people who grow shrooms. Sad.

Yes, it's been shut down for some time now. It was shut down (as I understand it) because the website owners were selling cannabis seeds online as well, so don't worry about the Shroomery being shut down too.

I thought I saw a Sixty Minutes story a while ago about the DEA trying to go after that guy in Canada. I thought the Canadians weren't being very cooperative, but that was before the elections and they all went right-wing and stuff. Things are bad enough in America, we don't need the Canadians going the same way. What's up with that? Maybe Thor or Rono could tell us...

Our "right wing" isn't very right-wing by American standards, Pappy
But don't worry, we'll be whipping our govt back into shape next election.

My bad. I'm probably mixing up my Canadians. My lack of knowledge of Canadian culture is positively dangerous. I know William Gibson moved there, and that Paul Shaffer may have come from there, and there's something about a different kind of bacon and maple leaves, but that's aboot it, eh...

Speaking of Neil and Skynyrd, weren't they actually pretty friendly towards one another, contrary to popular belief?

I remember you, Monoamine. You are the same Monoamine, right?
I believe they actually were friendly with each other. I read that Neil Young biography, "Shakey," a while ago, and I don't remember the specifics, but I seem to remember that there wasn't any big animosity between them...

I think Van Zant was actually buried in a Neil Young t-shirt. (Being from Florida I am legal obligated to have an encylopedic knowledge of all things Skynyrd
