HeLP fast>! Starting 2marro

I have a couple of questions. First.. i dont have a thermometer for now.. just an electronic one for people that doesnt go under 92. . so far ive put a heating pad into a tupperware container and its not getting much warmer inside. is there any good way to tell if the temp is right? Do you recommend an inner reservoir or should i stick to the regs. And does anyone have and good advice that i might need for 2marros start?? thnx alot everyone~1
