I have a very nice and dark black spore print from some of a nice hardy locally picked cube, but my dog made the spore print without quite as many of the sterilization precedures as he should have, i.e. he used a nice new index card and made several prints from the same cap b/c it kept dropping spores for the prescribed 24 hr period and then quickly folded it and put it in a new ziplock bag in the fridge. The new card and the new ziplock bag were never sterilized, is there a way to still kill the contams and continue with this print or is it utterly jacked?

I concur. You can't sterilize the contaminants without killing the desired spores. You must culture then isolate.
