OK so last night I was watching Pot TV, I came across MANNA by James Dure. I've heard the whole thing about Shrooms in Moses. What really caught my attention was the thing about Jesus and the new wine(Mushroom Tea). Just wanted to know what you lovely trip heads think about all this?

I don't know if that's what you're talking about, but I read an article that claims Jesus turned water into wine by pissing into a big jug of water after he'd been eating amanitas for a long time.

Does that mean that he was actually eaten for our sins, and not that whole messy cross business?

No joke.
I have read a few things saying that early Jewish and Christian was based around mushrooms and made use of Enthogens in their early years. However, over time that practicue/ritual was lost over time.
Perhaps it wasnt so much 'Jesus is a mushroom', but the lessons learned from the mushrooms is what lead way to many of their stories, and eventually got replaced with a Jesus figure as time distorted their history/past. Sort of like playing Telephone in grade 3
I'm also currently reading a book which makes a claim that Christianity is heavily influenced (if not outright plagerized) Egyptian mythology and how pretty much every character/figure/story in the bible are actually archtypial Myths that have existed for centuries before Christians claimed them as their own, and how they were actually meant to be allagorical(sp) myths and not literal historical events.

I've read things saying that when Jesus said "Eat this, it is my body" (might have got that wrong, but you know what I mean) he was actually reffering to the amanita, due to its flesh like texture when soaked (never felt one so I can't confirm).
As for the Egyptian mythology bit, yes. I've heard the story (or at least the one where the story of Jesus came from) and it goes by a variety of names. One of which (the one I heard) was Chriast (which I was told was the Egyptian word for "spirit". If anyone can varify this please do). Essentially yes, it's the exact same story except for the names, and the story of Chriast was recognized as fiction and never said it actually happened. The way I see it, when the Romans invaded new civilizations they'd adopt things to gain aspects of that civilization they wanted in their own. So when the Romans got to Egypt they merely adopted this myth and said it was real.
There were apparently some documents which showed, or at least provided very strong evidence that the story was copied by they were burned by the catholics/christians (not sure) along with a bunch of other ancient texts. Exactly where, when, or under what circumstances this occured I don't remember.
Whatever happened I really doubt the story's accurate (assuming it's true) considering how many people have distorted and twisted the values of the religion into something that's just... well... kinda horrifying...

I belive jesus turned water in to piss. and shit. After he drank it and then hit everyone over the head and filled it with wine and then some guy was like OMG HOW. Also the people did not understand sleep probably and thought that when u went to sleep it made day time happen. So when they were out cold they thought it was instant.
I made that all up just now.

LOL... Personally I think the church altered the bible when it was put together. Call it "Blasphemy!", But some people have a hard time believing things like maybe Jesus had a wife(If he did so what. He was a MAN). If he did turn water into a "new wine" does that change anything. He was the son of god. All of this makes me appreciate him more. Why did we have a big blank in the bible? Age 13 to 32 are not their. Personally I think those are the most in portent years of our lives. So the question still remains. Did Jesus use Psychedelics?, And is it important?
