Mycelium growing concerns

Sorry if this has been discussed before, I searched and couldnt find anything. All of my jars have healthy myc in them. 2 of them only have 1 spot. Maybe I didnt inject enough or maybe I got some shity syringes. It has been about a week and a half. Should I re inoculate those spots or just wait for the one mycelium patch to do all that work? I was going to wait a few more days anyways to see if anything popped up.

I wouldnt re inject just because of the chance of contamination.

You did shake the syringe right? Thats the most common mistake BTW. I'd leave it so you don't throw off the moisture content. GL
