YAST (Yet Another Scale Thread)

There are a few threads out there regarding scales, which to get, where to get 'em, etc. But I can't find too much on this particular set of question...
(a) What qualities am I looking for in a scale? Will I get one that is super-accurate only to find that it's max weight is less than what I need? Vice versa?
(b) What should I expect to pay for a quality scale. By "quality" I mean "qualities that will suit a mycologist best."
(c) What specific models have you purchased and been very satisfied with and, if you're feeling gregarious, "why?"

Lots of threads at the bottom and i'm sure many can be found on a search.
Amazon.com has several and they are reasonably priced. Try to find one with a metal deck even tho a plastic one will work fine.

For the purpose of this hobby, you only really need accuracy to 0.1 gram. I like MyWeigh, very high quality, affordable scales. It's the best scale for the money--new technology too, you won't be buying a dinosaur.

I personally have a small Tanita. If you are measuring large amounts, I would go with a reliable triple beam. I buy all my scales HERE .

Ok, thanks for the tips, all.
I think I'm going to go with the suggested My Weigh i500. While I don't have money to blow, I think going for quality on this particular item might be a smart idea.
Haven't ordered yet, though, so additional comments are welcome!

If you buy from Old Will Knott, get stuff from him on eBay, his stuff goes for cheaper there.
I got my scale from him on eBay.
I agree, myWeighs kick ass.

OK...
I've got it narrowed down to one of these two.
My Weigh TouchScale 200 Pocket Scale My Weigh i500 Table Top Digital Jewelry Scale
The 200 is nice because it's smaller, more portable, comes with a free calibration weight and a tray. The downside is that the max capacity is under a half-pound.
The i500 is nice because it will do over a pound but the weight is extra and it doesn't come with a tray.
I can't really tell if one has better parts than the other. They both have 0.1g resolution.
They're roughly the same price once you add a calibration weight to the i500.
Thoughts?
