Swami will probably say that chakras are bullshit because no one has ever proved that they exist. :wink:

Start out with a deep breath-----relax-----and pull energy from around your tailbone like your spine was a straw.

When you feel a tingle or electric like sense of something moving----circulate it through your body....

Then check out the sights mentioned.......
