ID needed for unkowns

Found these in grass under eucalyptus trees.
The stems are white and snap in half easily.
Cap is thin and goes a dark black when pinched.
Cap colour is a grey colour when old and young are a gold colour.
Spore print is a dark gray to black colour.
i suspected Copelandia cyanescens but doubt that now i have read up on them.
Just wondering if anyone knows what type these are.

thanks inadvance

They look like Psathyrellas to me.

yeah exactly - almost certainly Psathyrella - not active and i doubt they are edible either. Very common in melbourne.

When I saw the pics I thought panoleus was a possibility, but your description fits Psathyrella to a T, specifically the part about the stems snapping in half easily.  Oh, and the fact that Eris  already said it's Psathyrella makes it easier too!  :smile2:

Anyway, that's why it is so good to have a full description along with pics!
