Help with second flush

Ok, I think I have this figured out up to the first flush. Actually its going better than I thought. Now, I can't seem to get a descent second flush (Maybe one or two larger shrooms, or some small abhorts.) I'm not sure I understand what I am suppossed to do to the casings after the first flush.
Could someone please point me in the right direction?

for your second flush, you shouldnt have to do much. it will take at least several days to recover from your picking. how long has it been? you need to gently rehydrate the casing too.
