with feeling down sometimes. Somedays i wake up like megh..... Is it from smoking cigerets and smoking pot several times each day for a few to many days in a row? Is it from drinking to much Bush beer? Is it cuz i am not happy with my working situations and my financial burdens? Is it because i have no personal time or space? Is it because i want to be with someone that isn't here? Is it because i forgot how to smile and have fun? Is it because i dont have a clue? Is it a nutritional defficiancy?

I dont know b im in the same boat everyweekend. Almost every sunday I wake up in my basement at like 4 pm, after 12-14 hours sleep.
And I lay there thinking: "why do I feel like laying down even though Im not tired? WHy do I enjoy lying in this darkness... thinking... fantisizing....
I dont know man, I always feel down on cloudy soundays. Good thing tomorrow is a holiday, for tonight I will simply get hammered, once again.

Nah, it's because you are attached to happiness, not being financially burdened, having personal time/space, being with someone who isn't there, smiling, having fun, having a clue, etc.
You've become a slave to those things. Why make your happiness dependent on anything?

I think you summed it up pretty good, I would say all of the above, well it's mostly true for me.

Then you have reached a pivotal point in your spiritual evolution. I strongly encourage you to, if nothing else, meditate.

on a side note
"Dont waste it" like well what would happen i you had the choice of doing something, something that might take away a few years of your life while sitting in a cell? Do you gamble it, or do you stay away?
Not everything is a dichotomy like that. Get out of your basement and take a walk. Get into something social, make friends, jizz on a beautiful girl's face. None of these things will put you in a cell, and you might be happier.

I do all of the above, i am a very social person, too social, i am the guy everyone knows, that dude thats cool between all groups.
i just found myself to be getting bored of people, finding nothing humerous, i find my disposition to be getting on a rather nasty side.

Bingo.
The human struggle is one of attachment.

Seriously, maybe you're too social, like you said? I'm kind of a loner myself, but if I'm too much of a loner I get all depressed and shit. Going out and doing something social always gets me in a better mood, and I can't help but think the reverse might be true in your situation. Do something solo for a change, without the input of all those people clouding your consciousness. Perhaps?
Taking a break from pot won't hurt either.

I think everyone has those days when they feel down, I have low days and I think they have to do with everything you mentioned and at the same time, they have nothing to do with the things you mentioned. I think when your body hits a low, because your tired and your not getting enough of the things that you need, you start to think of everything else that might satisfy you and it snowballs and you feel shittier.
Maybe you just need a time out. You've been working alot, you've been partying alot, take a little break, just do some things just for you. Go fishing. Do something refreshing.
and p.s. I don't believe for a second you've forgotten how to smile.
