Nightmares

Dudes, i cant remember a night for the last year that i had a nice pleasant dream of some sort.

All nightmares, like last night i dreamed that the gang broke into my neighbours house next door and did something nasty to my neighbour and then skinned her dogs. Shit like this happens every night, living on the run sucks, always nasty horrid dreams.

Acid doesn't give you truths; it builds machines that push the envelope of perception. Whatever revelations came to me then have dissolved like skywriting. All I really know is that those few years saddled me with a faith in the redemptive potential of the imagination which, however flat, stale and unprofitable the world seems to me now, I cannot for the life of me shake.

I take a night time supplement called "ZMA" (zinc magnesium aspartate) and it puts me into real deep sleeps where I have nightmares about every other night. It's kind of sick but I enjoy them in a strange way.

Last night I had a normal dream, then it became deeply lucid... walking through a field, houses burnt down, flowers covered the the ground to mark where loved ones perished... all these satanic kids running around possessed and an image of two tortured souls suddenly appeared. I got an immensely terrified feeling and woke up in a sweat. Shit like that happens almost every night for me too, but I like how I get such a deep and recouperative sleep.

Do you generally feel well rested? Or do you feel aggitated and tortured upon waking up? I know that in my experience, vivid nightmares are an indication of the most deepest sleep. If I ever wake up from a nightmare, I immediately look at my clock mostly because it's a habit... I notice that I've only been sleeping for an hour or two, but feel amazingly well rested. After shaking the nasty thoughts from my mind, I simply go back to bed.

I hope that you're able to get some rest because I know how little amounts of sleep really mess a person up.

thats nothing, dude, last year i used to have dreams way more crazy. Classic dream happened lots of times: im sweeming in the ocean and then going for a dive ... and then i see all these ghosts or souls, they are white shapes of people and they all coming from the oceans depths!! All from below and they are reachin out for me. Trying to pull me to them. Whats more wierd was that i felt same feelings as if im on DMT or Salvia, its not just a dream but it felt more vivid and real than real life
