Is it true that smoking weed temporarily weakens your immune system?

The hot shower should help.

Green tea with some honey and ginseng

Water.

Fruit. Fruit. Fruit.

Light cardio exercise (walking)

Good attitude.

Time.

Goldenseal certainly wont hurt.

There's also an old time thing called hot and cold fomentations.

Basically, you take a towel and dip it gently into lightly boiling water. Wring it out a bit, fold it up.. and apply to certain areas of the body. Key points being back of the neck, shoulder blades, lower back, upper chest, stomach...

Let it sit for a few minutes until it starts to lose the heat... then remove it, and immediately apply a cold treatment to the same area.. either a towel dipped in ice water or one of those cold packs. Leave on area for a minute or two, and then repeat with the hot fomentation. This has the effect of 'clearing up' congested organs.

I do not know if weed temporarily weakens your immune system. I would say that's propaganda. In moderation, pot has proven to be extremely useful for me in clearing sinus congestion and allergies and such, in the past.

Just be careful about what you eat. Refined sugars weakens your immune system. Leeches nutrients from your body tissues and whatnot.

Eat herbs and green stuff too.
