Has fate smiled on me? Yet another ID

Hey all,
No picture yet but I'm down here in south FL and in one of my planters (commercial soil / m. grow soil), a little pod of four from a common base and a few other singles have popped up today! This is on a second story balcony if anyone would like to chime in how that happened.
No picture because they are still extremely small like 1Cm and don't have a lot of id marks yet (they squish not bruise). They are whitish with light brown cap tops white caps around the rim, similar to what I have seen in these boards, and cult. before. I can not see the gills yet, how long before they become pronounced? The stems thus far seem to be centered in the cap, and are even & round.
The cap has striations (light lines) that look like they run in parallel lines down from the top of the cap to the rim. Other then that the cap is smooth to the touch. I'll get some pictures in a day or so. They are slightly elongated bell shaped no tip or belly button, and too small to see under.
I really don't want these things propagating in my cactus flower bed (2 pedros, 4 williamsII, & a p-torch), unless of course by some grace these do turn out to be cubeees.
Strangest part is I was thinking the last few days of putting some mex. cube scrap case in that planter to see if I could get life, but didn't get to do it yet.
Thanks group I'll post pics soon

You are not going to see a striated cap in cubes unless you are some mad scientist focused on genetics and managed to create one. Possible Marasmius there?

Thanks for the quick response.
I looked at http://www.ilmyco.gen.chicago.il.us/Taxa/MarasGenus101.html
and they all seemed rather flattened and odd shapes. These are young granted and could do that I suppose but they seem like they are going to keep the more round bell type look.
again I'm just speculating until they get a little bigger of course.. can you help point me to which of the genus? I'll get you a picture tomorrow when the sun is up.

Hey rev......Id say slim to none anything active unless Gymnopilus but color rules that out but mushrooms in potted plants like Coprinus and Leucocoprinus (Lepiota) species are VERY common occurences.....
If the cacti were larger would say neither would be affected by shrooms with them
Which San Pedro you got and what is the prognosus for Williamsii in S. Florida ?.....you might want to adjust Ph with a commercial mix
Have you considered Ariocarpus spp.

Well in one day they popped so Ididn't bother with pics since most everyone agreed they weren't anything worth looking into. They opened & turned this dingy grey color with very thin caps (you could see through it) and only a toothpick sized stem.
Oh well..
I got the cactus a while back and I'm not sure what your asking about the pedro. It's about 5 ft tall but growing thinner then it should. ( around 2-3 inches in diameter as apposed to 5". I only get so much light on my porch & I think they need more. The williamsII seem to really like the FL sun. No problem with them, I just don't water very ofter especially in the new bed.
Thanks again everyone
