Does the smilie represent the one I speak of or are you over simplifying your response in a philosophical and spiritual focused discussion?

So, you think that you are immortal. I prefer to stay a mere mortal. The dramas of the immortals are too petty for me to want to experience.

A warrior is not a leaf at the mercy of the wind. No one can push him; no one can make him do things against himself or against his better judgment. A warrior is tuned to survive, and he survives in the best of all possible fashions." ― Carlos Castaneda

yes, thou art god.
but remember:
"You myst not boast of your ability You must not feel proud. Rather, you must regret that you were unable to prevent the war. To rejoice over victory is to rejoice over the slaughter of men! This is against the Tao And whatever is against the tao, shall soon cease to be."

How would you know, unless you have godly nature? You are aware of what godly nature is? How would you be able to be aware of that, unless you have godly nature?
Do you?
 Peace.

lots of contradictions and silliness bug me about this thread, and part of it may be due to reading this kareoke pinp pong on the tiny screen of a pocket pc. not reading is more like it, since I have to skip what I have obviously already read which is most of the screen content.
Is Freedom all about repetition? that seems like the links of a binding chain to me.
when someone is just quoting, as opposed to generating 'original' thought, they are very much enchained by the dogma of some movement I think:
Note how much screen real estate is taken up by the repetition of favourite quotes and extra impact of personal pretty picture punch.
for me it is much more free feeling to see the nice little ego expression on the left (avatar and personal baloney) with some meaningful or original expressive text beside on the right, than to have to scroll through all the excessive repetition on screen of favorite quotations.
people are such big quoters even of themselves, how is that evidence of freedom? very repetitive.
now when it comes to this thread itself, it does seem like it is essentially about the '"son of god" complex.
let it die daily.

to rejoice in victory since no more shall need to die to rejoice in the courage of the fallen soldiers who fought for this victory
