Relaxation Techniques?

I stopped smoking pot a week or 2 ago. I get set off at any little thing now. I would just go get more pot but I have no hookups.

Have any advice for calming down? Relaxing a bit? No alcohol please.

Try breathing techniques. Whenever you feel like you're getting angry or overreacting to something, take 3 long, full breaths. And listen to your breathing very carefully. Don't think about anything but your breath while you're doing this. This will help calm you down.
