Grow Log! :)

So after 31 days without cannabis (had a drug test on Monday) I am not only smoking again, but starting my first grow as well.
I have 10 white rhino seeds, and 10 big bud seeds, both which have been germinating for about 12 hrs so far.
In a few days we will be making use of our other equipment: 6 plant hydroponics system, purple econolight (Thanks DrJ!), mylar, and good vibes. I will be sure to take many pictures and post them as the grow moves along.
As this is my first time, I will have lots of questions... so I'm going to be putting you green thumbs to work over the next few months
Peace and love! (And Nug)

OK so 20 seeds have been germinated in moist paper towels in a bowl wrapped. They "popped" about a day ago, and are now sprouting out of the shells a little - will try to post a picture in a bit.
My Rapid Rooter plugs just arrived today (thanks Magash!) , but the light won't be here until tomorrow or Friday, and the hydro system can not be set up and running until Sunday.
So I'm left with the dilemma- do I put the germinated seeds into the rapid rooter plugs right now, even though I don't have light? Or do I keep them in the moist paper towels for a few days until I can set them up under light?
I'm thinking I should put them in the rapid rooter plugs, but as this is my first time, I'm quite uncertain. Any help is greatly appreciated!

OK here is the most recent photo. Excuse the quality, I only have my cell phone for photos right now.
These are the rapid rooter plugs, and I am unsure if these are ok to sit in the dark for a few more days, or if they should be given natural light... remember I do not have the grow light yet.

I'm guessing by now the first set of leaves the little round ones must be exposed and facing up, if that's the case go ahead and put them in some natural light till the light gets there.

Looks good id let them stay in the dark one more day or put them under a 42w CFL or any other CFL until you get your light. keep us posted.

Update:
Still no light!!! Have been trying to contact the lighting company (which is located overseas) the past two days to no avail.
In the meanwhile, I have been drizzling these with water once or twice a day, and will keep them in natural sunlight today. You should be able to notice some growth from the first Rapid Rooter pic:

I'm having a bit of a problem now. The light still isn't here- I think I'm going to drive to a hydro store tomorrow and purchase a 400w HPS (our grow space is 2x2)- as I also need to take these seedlings to the location where we will set up the hydro system + light tomorrow.
Any suggestions or advice on working with a 400w? We are only expecting 10-15 oz's our first yield.

You guys are new growers 10 to 15 oz from a 400 watt, not gonna happen. Cut that amount in half.

OK so I am buying a new light (either 400 or 600w depending on prices and setups available at this hydro store) in 15 minutes. In about five hours we will set the hydro system up:

About my system
Any advice on how to set the mylar up in a space around the system, and where exactly to put the light is much appreciated. I will have pictures of the set up for you all to check out by tonight.

Set it all up today. Decided to get the 600w instead of just 400. Now I'm just unsure if I should put the sprouting seeds into the hydro (and how exactly to do so) or if I should keep them in the starter plugs for a few more days? About 5 of the 20 have completely sprouted with little leaves and everything and the others are little white growths.
Any advice on how to put these guys into the hydro tank and how much light they should get now is greatly appreciated. We have a closet with our light hanging, and I will post pictures of it later.
As for now, extremely high.
