Hey I was wondering what you guys use for desiccant drying chambers. Im getting back into growing and I was curious because i remember just using some tupperware and two "shelves" of wiring for the desiccant and the shrooms but it was always a bitch cutting and shaping that metal wiring. Any suggestions?

works great - about $10 total
damprid go to store get two huge lasagna foil trays 1 roll of tuff- but not too thick paper towels roll of tape (i prefer bandage tape, seems safer - sticks over and over again)
spread damprid evenly in bottom container spread paper towels over bottom container (like a dome - not touching) - tape sides to bottom so theyre tight (not ripping thou ;p) place mushrooms on towels cover with other lasagna container - tape corners together
done in 2-3 days - minimal contact with substance

I usually see damp rid sold in little plastic containers. It's like 2 little buckets, one has little slits in it and sits on the inside of the other. You sit the damp rid into the bucket with the slits and it sucks in the moisture, which collects into the bottom bucket. Anyway, if you have a large enough tupperware container, you can just sit the damp rid container right in the middle of it and set your shrooms around it. The damp rid won't touch the shrooms and the water is conveniently collected at the bottom of the bucket, so all you have to do is dump out the old damp rid and water and refill with more damp rid. I did that for awhile before getting a dehydrator and it worked great!
