Having trouble getting a second flush

I've been very successful with different types of casings, but have only been able to get 1 good flush. I've misted and fanned, but I can never get a second flush to come around. Can anyone give me any tips on what I can do? Right now I have eq's cased with Coir/Peat/Verm with BRF substrate. Humidity is around 85%-90% and temp is 80F.

Humidity is too low, the temperature too high.
