PF Jar Q?

OK I injected 6 PF jars about a week ago... I made them myself and had everything sterilized and all that... I looked at them and one jar is fully colonized with growth the other 5 have no signs of growth.... what's wrong with it and what should I do?

ya theres no way it was done in a week. contam? if you used a multi spore injection for each it could take 10 days to see any sign of germination. what temp are they sitting at?

Well I guess it might not all be colonized I can still see bits of brown and some brown under the white... I'll take a pic once I finish installing the Camera software on the computer.
I'd say the jar is 70% colonized... no green, black and the white stuff doesn't look like the cobweb I've seen.

10 days for germination? never took me that long...but yeah, 1 week for 100% colonization is definitely contam.

you should have the temp around 80 if possible, thats what I read on here, I did my jars like 2 weeks ago and they still arent 50% yet. A wwk seems really fast unless you use LC and then it still would be conserdered fast but others claim they can do it with LC. Patience on the other jars and warm it up a little. I have had to learn patiences with this.

That's totally cobweb. I had that happen once; rethink your sterile methods, or possibly your syringe was dirty. That jar is trash. GL.

Really?? It looks good to me. It does seem weird that it only took a week though.

dude. that is DEFINITELY not mycellium. it is all cobweb as MLBJammer said. if you guys think that looks fine, you need to do more research and more growing... and if you really believe it's mycellium go ahead and crack open the jar and get a whiff of it. i'd bet my life it's not gonna smell like fresh mycellium.
