You can't go around spouting off about shit unless you know it's true.
You see those morons in the video yelling at the police?
Total imbeciles.
What does that accomplish aside from making everyone else there look like a dick?
The real work is done by integrating into the political system and society in general and breaking this bullshit down from the inside out, one person at a time, peacefully.

I think that people who have something to say should say it in a peaceful way.
Remember the Pepper Spray Incident-- Yeah, thats my area. So I know about individual fuck-ups by human cops. The cops went to far.
And sometimes the martyrs go to far too. Works both ways. Peace.
I'm sorry but that is the biggest cop out bull shit. We have no civil rights, what the masses demand does not happen, and there is no good option. We have as a country pissed off other countries all over the world, and act like the current administration is justified. Hell no. Nor is violence against peaceful protesters.
Furthermore, this is NOT individual police fuck ups. This is a well thought out strategy dictated as an order and carried out by foot soldiers. This is orchestrated, and if you can't see that, you are going to shit your pants when this shit goes into a police state. Or maybe you'll somehow be able to empathize with the military state.
If you don't stand up for something, you'll fall for anything.

The video didn't offend me in any way. LOL Again, specific instances can be debated all night. Truth is- if your in public, and you break the existing law that we have, you might get caught. Accept responsibilty for your actions. And "as long as it brings no harm to others" is such a broad term, the lawyers are gonna love that 1.
I'm first in line for free speach. And I really don't give a shit about cops or protestors, and the drama held therein. I stay home, vote when I get the chance, and if either one shows up on my property... Peace man.

Several thousand people in the united states work full-time, pay taxes, have a family, children, and friends and at the same time, unbenouced to anyone, distribute psychedelic drugs.

Well, I have been to more protests than I could count at the moment, been a part of a majority of environmental groups that span the spectrum of levels of activity, I vote, I write my congress people. I testified at the clean air hearings, i have also participated in organized civil disobedience. Problem is the more you fight, the more they fight - Even if they agree with you.
I am standing up for the right of the masses to have their will represented in a democracy, not a big business running a government as a front.

Do you honestly think there's enough time to sit around and break it up through the inside? And that by people dosing psychedelic drugs is going to be part of the factor in causing this peaceful change?

What I won't fall for is propanganda from Either side. Police state here we come.. Tell me about it. If you don't like the US or it's GOV'T, then change it without adding to the problem. Or move the fuck out and live somewhere else. You'll find far worse out there in most of the world. BTW- anybody here ever been "helped out" by welfare, food stamps, free medical care, student grants? US citizens only need reply.

Hatecamel - that is one of the most effective ways to fight. Not only are you physiologically opening minds, even talking to people about these things brings about awareness. Awareness has more potential than ignorance.

When every mode of communication is watched, and every meeting has a kinda weird guy hanging out and there is no where to go, and then we aren't so fucking content with our fleeting run at top of the shit heap, then maybe some people's minds will be opened. Things have not always been just like this. This is our reality, so we need to take it back.
And how exactly does change happen with out adding to a problem?

McKennaDMT said: They have every right to protest. They have every right to question their government which they were doing. They have every right to make their point in anyway necessary as long as they bring no harm to others. They did not, it was the police that brought the harm. And why was that? Becasue the politicians in the hotel could hear the protesters from the hotel. They didn't like that and they let the police know they didn't like it and they police got rid of them.
And if you're only offense about this whole video is that "they were blocking a street", then you've got some major waking up to to, my friend.
Maybe if you actually questioned the content of this "leftist propaganda video" instead of hanging on every fucking word you would actually realize that this is ONE side of the story, the side that likens America to Nazi Germany and displays pictures of pepper-sprayed babies to invoke emotions into gullible saps such as yourself (what kind of fucking moron brings a baby to an anti-war protest, there's no telling if it could turn riotous in which case the life of your child is in total jeopardy, not to mention the language used here).
Oh, yeah, the protestors were heard in the hotel so they fucking sprayed everyone. How the fuck do you know that? Because you heard it from a video made by an extreme leftist group that's still pissed off that they were forcefully removed from the middle of a fucking street during a protest? How do you know a bottle wasn't thrown anyway? They could have cut that footage out, and simply displayed the part where the plans were being made to respond to this attack.
All I'm saying is you should question the content because of it's sourse, instead of spouting off what you saw here as fact.

Change your world, change your gov't, change whatever you want to. But don't break the law and then whine.
Great change has occured in this county be the people standing up for what they believe in. Right On!! And people have changed the world by breaking the laws. Amen!! And we should encourage change, because nothing stands still.
But change has a price. Nothin's free. People die for change. You don't hear many widows cry foul. They believe that the sacrafice is worth it.
And if you choose, by your actions, to be the one that is paying the price, no matter the cost, then pay it, shut up, and shout "I'm changing the World". So many have done just that.
Otherwise, think alittle bit, and realize that no matter how unjust the current situation is, if you antagonize the situation in an unlawful way, you will be arrested.
And how many people are you gonna change in a jail cell.
Think. Act. Take Responsibility For That Action. And be proud that, here in America, you have that right.

Regardless of the why, the police in that video seemed to be violating more laws than the protesters. That's what I saw.
