dude. You could totally fuck up and get nothing whatsoever. That question can swing a lot of ways, and you'll find it has no real answer. Atleast not in your case.
First time I broke up PF cakes, half the casings failed.

it always does look like more than you expect... but you can squish it in there pretty well and end up with a brick of a substrate layer once it recovers.
as for yield... you just said cakes... half pint? if so, be happy with anything around 10 dry, and be really happy with anything more for a first flush (per case). later flushes will be probably be fewer in number but bigger in size, and should be up there in weight too as long as you pay attention to moisture. there's no garuntees though, just an educated guess. good luck with 'em.
edit - you posted then deleted before i answered because you probably figured it out... my bad... but i did mean 10 grams.

not a clue in hell by looking at a picture. keep in mind things shrink a LOT when dried, some stems are hollow while others are meaty...depends on your strain. but that's a near perfect case right there... and i suspect its grown from an isolated strain so it fruited very efficiently, not to mention a fabulous casing job to get such a nice even pinset. something to get your hopes up for and aspire to but don't be surprised if yours doesn't come out looking anything like that.
you certainly can achieve well beyond the 10g i mentioned, but that's why i chose my words carefully and said to "be happy" with 10 and be very happy with more.

well... i was expecting more then 10 grams from my first flush (off of two crumbled PF cakes cased with verm) i got about 8.5 though... i figured the other cakes produced around 5 the first flush so i was hoping for more then that! (and i got a VERY good pinset!) granted my conditions are FAR from perfect so i guess that casing would have done MUCH better in a good FC but still... kinda disapointing...
good luck
