if you are living at home wait till you move out. not a cool way to thank your parents for raising you with 15 years in jail. and yes it does happen theres posts about people getting caught often enough.
bin with perlite and the airpump will give you air exchange and rH. you could also get into bulk. spawn to horse shit in a monotub that way you don't have to deal with perlite of the air pump. just a bin. as fight height restrictions your find. any mushrooms they would have been taller will just hit the lid and bend; no biggy.

oh arn't we lucky. anyhoo you an grow with virtually no headroom of you don't mind mangled shrooms. id go with a shallow substrate depth aswell. this will waste less space but also grow more small mushooms (higher surface area)

i think unfortunately the solution to your problem is to come up with a better spot to hide it.
you do realize air pumps are noisy? maybe it will be out of sight but a loud buzzing sound from under your bed is suspicious, not to mention will probably be annoying when you want to actually sleep in your bed. and as to your question about an air-tight container, that will defeat the purpose of an air pump all together. pressure will build and won't be able to escape and you'll be accomplishing nothing at all. you need to leave it open a crack or put some holes in the top.
have you considered how you're going to get light coming from above? there's more space gone.
you can use perlite instead of geolite and it doesn't have to be stacked quite so high. you can still put a bubble wand/stone buried underneath the perlite. or skip the pump all together and place polyfilled holes along the sides as well as in the lid, monotub style.
if you don't mind a small yield, take a look at the bottom link in my signature. it shows a really super simple terrarium made from an aluminum baking tray that came with a plastic lid, that you can modify with some strategically placed holes for better air exchange. the paper towel humidity trick actually works better than you'd expect as long as you leave plenty of surface area uncovered. the entire container with the lid on is only 6" high, and 4" shrooms were picked off it, seems like a real efficient use of space that would fit with ease under a bed.

again if you do a mono tub you don't need the pump or the perlite/geolite

If you won't get in trouble, why would you be growing under your bed?

Hey skeletor, a mono tub setup probably wouldn't work well under a bed. You need at least some air flow around the tub for FAE. I know my bed wouldn't work because of the bedskirt that surrounds it.
