A shroom i found in my backyard under the shade of a lawnmower, anyone think its a liberty cap or a subt?

Looks like a panaeleous but most likely not active , looks like a Foenscii tho , What you need to do is get more of them , take good pictures upclose of the cap , gills , and stem, Aswell as take some dark spore prints and take a picture of those aswell/ Do not eat , assume as non active and trash it.

yes it looks like a panaeleous like i said , however it looks like a non active panaeleous often confused with an active species , Take some spore prints and take a CLOSE UP of the upper portion of stem aswell as a full GILL shot those are the little fine on the bottom side of the cap. Do not eat ..

What our friend is trying to tell you is get a closer photo. and all the other good stuff. I will step in and stick a photo up as a "Like This" kinda thing if ya get my drift...

The first Dinky lil one is a Pan of some sort .. It was growing in my lawn. And the second one is a coprinus of some sort..It was growing in my flower beds. None for eating just good to look at and take pics. I'm sorry I jacked this thread out right!
