its a hell of a lot easier to get ecstasy than lsd now (at least for the average person) i think we all can agree on that. Now i might be getting some acid pretty soon. I hope it is a decent quality. I think lsd is far more underground then mdma is now

Well it's definitely the most popular now but in comparison to LSD in the 60s, like you said, I doubt it. I dropped acid a few times before I tried mdma and I remember when experiencing it I pondered whether it was more enjoyable than acid and thought it was at the moment. But LSD and other psychedelics provide the whole spiritual and memorable aspect so I still value them more than mdma.
All I know is that I can find some E faster and easier than weed O.o

i agree with that, lsd and other psychedelics have a lot more potential then mdma. I think when someone takes ecstasy they are pretty much guaranteed to have a good time. When someone takes mushrooms, you have to be more prepared to have a good time. Ive had some scary times on shrooms before but in the end they were very beneficial, Ive learned so much on shrooms, and even though when you are rolling you are having the best time of your life, after its over, its over, you dont learn as much from it.

In 2004, 9.7 percent of Americans aged 12 and older reported using LSD at least once in their lifetimes,
The population of the US in 1970 was about 200,000,000. If 2,000,000 people used LSD at that point it was only one percent of the population compare to nearly 10 percent now. However, because many acid trippers from the sixties are still living it's inconclusive. However, 3.5% of current 12th graders have used acid. That's higher on a percantage than the total number in 1970 and doesn't even include people who wait until college to trip. I'd say it's pretty fair to say that LSD is more popular now than it was in the sixties and X is way more popular than acid ever was or is.
