All those little towns are so close together too! i could spend a wek up there with my family and hit a different town everyday. like i said, i never really thought of shroomin up there but now that i know this i am going back to texas. And once fall hits in austin and surronding aras you will start finding them. i lived in bastrop for a few years but farmers out there are crazy.

Let me just remind everyone, you can talk about towns and all that good stuff. Just don't give out exact field locations or I'll be forced to edit the post that the location was given in.

I live in Victoria,TX and used to pick shrooms down the street from my house a while back in fields on both sides of the street but when the farmers stopped feeding them hay the shrooms stopped growing.I'll go driving with friends looking for shrooms but don't find any.If anyone in the victoria area would like to help me look for shrooms or knows of an active field in the area please pm me.

Southeast to central Texas is probably your best shot, cubensis doesn't grow in Oklahoma to my knowledge.
