Just inoculated 12 jars and 4 casings. I guess will see how it goes.

So why does he turn it down, defy, and mutalate his birth ground? why does he spread disease, murder his native animals, rape and torture his land, and still feel descent of who he is? live a life that is not true? excepts an artificial home?

what do you mean? I had a pyrex dish 4 of them with hppoo in them. I inoculated. so when their colonized ill set a casing layer down, crumble the casing and case it.

well you got something confused. you can't simply inoculate hpoo with spores or even liquid culture, it doesn't really work well and probably won't work at all.
thats why you inoculate your jars with either cakes or grains in them, and when when they're finished, its time to colonize the hpoo either using crumbled cakes or grains, this is called spawning, not innoculating. (maybe we're talking about the same thing this is what you meant but the terms are a little mixed up?)
and you don't "crumble" a casing layer either, or your hpoo, or whatever... the only thing you'd be crumbling would be a fully colonized cake, to use as spawn like mentioned above. once the poo is colonized you leave it alone, and just put a casing layer on top. might want to double check what the point of a casing is and how to apply it before you get to that point.

.......hmmmm. well I had 12 jars with pre pasturized poo I knocked up, and 4 pyrex dishes with hpoo i knocked up. man, I hope this wont be a waste, knocked em all up with pink buffalo. well I was doing what you said above. once the poo colonizes ill just cover it with a casing layer. I knew you could do it with just poo, but you cleared that up for me. the jars once they colonize ill crumble them and case them. the pryex dishes ill just cover with a casing layer.right?

2 in 50 chance. done by someone far far better then myself. your probably hopped but maybe the odd jar will turn out. if you want to make poo cakes just add some brf to the poo and reat it like any cake. brf gets the spore or LC started on the poo. at least i KNOW this has far better odds beucase its work 100% for me when ive done the odd one for fun.

mycilium grows on poo in the wild right? wouldnt it work with hpoo indoors. I know bongtoke did poo cakes and they turned out pretty good.

yep, it grows in the wild. but for every pile of poo with mushrooms growing theres lots and lots where it doesnt. it also takes much longer to grow in the wild than it does indoors. you don't want those odds in a controlled indoor grow do you?
poo cakes can work because they're sterilized and colonized in the closed environment of a jar. pastureizing (but not sterilizing) poo leaves a lot of potential contams behind. the high amounts of bacteria will probably inhibit the mycelium growth. normally, spawn is used - either jars of colonized grain, or crumbled colonized brf cakes. this way a lot of mycelium is mixed in with the poo so it can colonize as fast as possible, giving your myc a good foothold and greatly increasing the odds of success. starting from spores in a pile of poo is a hostile environment they're going to have to slowly work their way through, if they can at all.
it CAN work, but unfortunately it probably won't.

What if you use a lot of LC to inoculate the poo? If I used 200-400cc of LC in a 10lb bag of ten stud I would think it would stand a good chance.
