Well well, To start off, my substrate is straight PF standard fruiting mixture, and PF strain syringes were used to inoculate. I need a little bit of privacy for my babies as they start fruiting, which I will initiate within the next week or so, so here is my Super Stealth Closet 2002 let me know if you have any comments, questions, flames, or anything else : this is my first time around with growing, so I *am* new... but, If i do say so myself, my setup isn't bad for a first timer... Enjoy!

First of all, we need the tools: nothing special, most people have them around the house... only minus the drill and jigsaw and hammer if you have an outlet in your closet... that was the tricky part. You may ask.. why the dirt devil? Well, most closets are rather dusty... gotta keep it clean to prevent any chance of contamination!!!
I then proceeded to drill a pilot hole with a 1/4" drill bit. The jigsaw was used to make a rectangular hole just wide and tall enough for the end of an extension cord. A bed was pulled out to make the corner visible. When the bed is in place, nothing is seen.
Of course, you are going to need one of these: a fruiting chamber. All credit to MMGG and PF for the design specs. In the bottom are expanded clay pellets.
So, back to the closet. Here you can see the far right corner of the closet, with the light parallell on the other side of the wall you saw a few pics ago. The light is a 5W fluorescent - nothing heavy...
And here, folks, with the incubation chamber (the shoebox with the heating pad underneath) and te fruiting chamber with the light on, is the final product. Yes, it is finished, but still not enough to call it "stealthy"... the light has been covered with a layer of duct tape to lessen the intensity... shrooms don't really need that much light, so, why draw attention to it if it's not needed?
Now, I have cut a cardboard box to cover up the fruiting chamber, and replaced the lid on the incubation chamber. All seems to be going OK so far... I may not be James Bond, but hey, what can I say... at least I try!!
And, an outside view of the closet, with the light on... noticeable? I think not ;]
Hope you've enjoyed ;] feel free to let me know what you think! Again, I'm still a beginner, and would really appreciate any tips, suggestions, etc... Thanks! Grower
