73 to 72 win tonight. Man that was intense watching. I think the Cavs are gonna take it in 7 games.

In either case, this series is going to create a perpetual rivalry. I like how the camera zoomed in on Wallace's face after the game when he was eating his comments from the night before. Even if the Pistons do advance, the series showed them that Detroit is human after all.

yeah being a huge cavs fan... there is no way we should have won that game and we wont win the series.. idk every game i watch it seems like we get outplayed but somehow lebron carries us to a win..
while it would be amazing to see the cavs knock of the pistons, dont count on it

As soon as the Pistons decide to stop playing like garbage, the series will be over. I don't think I've seen two worse back-to-back games than the last two we just played.

I won't be too disappointed. I think the Cavs are going to become the next powerhouse in the next few years (provided they hold on to LeBron) once Detroit starts to dwindle down like the Spurs have already.
As for the current series. I would say Cleveland only stands a chance if they pull off another freakshow win in Detroit. Stranger series have materialized.

After this playoff run, and with all that unfortunate stuff surrounding Larry Hughes' family, I think this season has sealed LeBron in Cleveland.

What a good fucking game that was. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. LeBron's feed to Drew basically saved the day - and now the pistons have 3 straight playoff losses. They didn't even lose 3 straight during the regular season! Man it's looking good for Cleveland.

Yea, it's definately not the end of the world if the Pistons edge them out. The Cavs are gonna be a playoff powerhouse in a year or two tops, I think.

im still reserving that it all depends on what they do in the offseason.. i mean, they need to get atleast another big name player in there to help LeBron.. none of the guys they have are really solid contributors.. closest thing is larry hughes and he is not very consistant either

After this year's post season, I think they will cough up alot of dough to give LeBron some good backup if only to keep him in Cleveland. Doesn't his rookie contract expire this year?

The fan in me would like to see the Cavs take the championship in a shocking effort on part of LeBron James, but realistically I don't think that's going to happen. Even if Cleveland does manage to win game 7, and then goes off to send Miami packing, it's gonna have quite the uphill battle in the Finals against either the Mavs or Spurs, since I don't think the Clippers or the Suns can defeat either. The Clippers and Suns series has been somewhat less polished, with alot of mental errors and large winning gaps. All the other series have had pretty tight games. Ultimately, I think it will be another Spurs-Pistons NBA finals. I think both teams will pull through the semi finals in game 7, and then fare easily through the conference finals and then into the NBA finals. As for who might win the overall championship, I have no idea. If it's a Spurs and Pistons finals, I'll be cheering for San Antonio since I don't like the Pistons much.

Well, looks like the Cavs season has come to an end. They basically choked in the 2nd half, and it went down hill from there. It was an impressive playoff debut for LeBron, though. It took Jordan 4 years to finally over-throw the Detroit Pistons, I was hoping LeBron would do it in 1. Next year though is gonna be another story. After this year's post season, the Cavs are gonna be gearing towards a bright future I think. Alot of people thought Detroit would sweep them, but they terrified Detroit by forcing game 7. I'll be cheering for Miami now. I hope Shaq and Wade destroy them

I think Cavs are highly over-rated, although people say they have improved they still rely too heavily upon Lebron in closing minutes of the game. Not even ball moment, that isolation type play isn't going to work against a better defensive team.
Cavs out in ECF,

Not sure how a team who locks up the best record in the NBA with 7 games to spare is "over rated" but I could see how people might want to hate on them
They are probably the deepest team in the playoffs. Of course LeBron is the bread and butter, but our bench is insanely deep. 3 players deep at just about every position on the floor. Jamison was a HUGE addition. Adding an all star for free FTW.

The Cavs are, undoubtedly, the superior team in this series.
And Lebron James is the best player in the league.
But they could do absolutely nothing to stop D-Rose the other night. They finally put Lebron on him, and Rose torched him.
Rose is going to be one of the better players in the league in no time. And a PG, at that.

True. But the sadest part was the Bulls held about a 20 point lead on us. And we still got raped by the refs which ultimately lost us the game
Not sure if you watched the game, but there was an awful charging call against LeBron which would have resulted in a 3 point play but ended up being waved off. In a 2 point loss, I would say that was a big call.
We will get them Sunday.
