LC Lids that can hold up to shipping

Hey everyone! I'm gonna be making a few batches of LC in the next couple of days, and I need to think of a way to make lids so that the LC won't leak out through the top while I'm moving into my new house. Most of the tek's I've seen use polyfill and then caulk or silicon to seal the innoc. hole. However, a touch of silicon grease won't stand up to LC splashing around in transit... caulk will, but the polyfill would still likely leak. Anyone have any ideas?

You use grease? Thats weird. I just use clear silicon from the hardware store. The type of stuff that turns to solid when it dries. Never heard of using grease, I would think that would fuck up a LC

Hmm, I always thought it WAS silicon grease that was used... I never knew you could get plain old silicon from hardware stores, lol. Oh well... the silicon grease never really did any harm since its inert in water so far as I know.

agar's lids are spill proof. at most you have to fold over and tape the tubes or clamp them

Hmm, that sealant looks perfect! Out of curiousity, what sort of adhesive does agar use to affix those tubes? A combination of both types of lids seems like it would work excellently.
