Alright so i didn't feel like looking for a hella long time so i decided to ask dont hate me. I want some good mellow music for my first trip. Perferably some slow hypnotic trance enducing Trance or New Age. I really dont think anything with words would work well with me i think it would kinda lead me i guess. So any ideas Maybe something like Enigma without the words. Any thing would be great.

Go to "dextroverse.org" and get the kundalini meditation music. It is basically made for trippin.

You could also try Anugama - Shamanic Dream. It is more mellow than shpongle and guitar music. I always enjoy it on my trips...

I replied to a music thread maybe a week ago and gave a list of a variety of music, you'll find something you'll like among it no matter what you're looking for really...

There's plenty of trippy music out there.
i highly recommend Pram's album Dark Island, you'll not be disappointed. Also try Piero Umiliani's To-Day's Sound. Another trippy band is Broadcast... www.broadcast.uk.net

I also like mellow music without words... Here are some more unusual suggestions for ya' (these should be relatively easy to find for free download):
The Unreal soundtrack is very minimal hypnotic, and of course, has no words. I listened to it on my first trip alone and it was my best trip ever (I edited out the fighting sections from the soundtrack and then used a cross-fade plugin to give some continuation between tracks).
The Ecco - Defender Of The Future soundtrack is also very mellow, more positive sounding than the Unreal soundtrack, you can totally get lost in it whilst tripping.
I also like the Myst soundtrack, particularly Riven, although some people tell me that it's too creepy for them because listening to it is like being in a crypt.
The Blood soundtrack is very dark, but again, very hypnotic if you're into that sort of thing. Definitely not reccomended unless you really like creepy hypnotic music. I really liked it though.
Finally, some Vision of Escowflowne tracks are extremely mellow, particularly Colors and Sora's Folktale.
Have fun!
P.S. Thanks for mentioning Egnima, I've had it lying on my hard disk for months now without listening to it. I just put it on, it's awesome! I will probably listen to it on my next trip.

That just reminded me...
Some of Aphex Twins early stuff is great, 'Selected Ambient Works'- all of em and 'MFM' are great for trippin. Just stear clear of the 'Come to Daddy' EP, it will blow your head off, especially 'Becaphurous(<-thats gotta be wrong)Bouncing Ball' - that song is fucking intense.
