Autoclave Teks ?

Hi,
My friend recently came into a position where he has unrestricted access to a professional grade autocalve. He and I are interested in exploiting this situation to our advantage i.e. using the sterilization power to grow lots of shrooms. Could you recommend some teks that take advantage of autoclaves and autoclavable bags etc. Thanks alot.

In any tek where you read "PC" substitue "autoclave". The only advantage of having access to an autoclave is that even a small autoclave is much bigger than a (moderately priced) pressure cooker, at least that is the only reason I use the autoclave at my work.
