You "fed" your LC's hydrogen peroxide. No you just committed mass LC genocide. If you added enough H2O2 to bruise blue your very delicate mycelial colonies, you added too much. Why add any at all if they were growing ok, with no contams? You also put a halt to any ungerminated spores from beginning their life cycle as well. Maybe I'm way off. Your post is quite difficult to read/understand.

adding peroxide to liquid culture is new to me.
why would you do such a thing??
consider it dead I believe.

The idea I had was to add some peroxide to the liquid cultures to get the cultures use to the H2O2. So I could use it latter into the fruting. I had only add about 2.5% H2O2 with some OG honey H2O. 1teaspoon honey to 1/2cup H20 Honey h2o at 5cc + 5% H2o2 at 5cc= 10cc of honey @ 2.5% h2o2 Sorry for the bad gammer/spelling dging dislakit

who taught you how to do that? was it just an idea you came up with?
I don't believe mycelium needs to be trained how to exist around peroxide. They will even excrete it themselves as a protection against contaminates in the wild.

also, wouldn't the H2O2 break down when you PC the jars?
edit. never mind, you did it after it was colonized...

who taught you how to do that? Mostly from reading this website off and on for the last nine years also from the book growing mushroom at home with h2o2 and mostly from the books by Mr Stamets Was it just an idea you came up with? Yes mostly from many many years ago in high school earth sci, bio / ag/fram class. The Mycelium was colonizeing the honey h2o fast. Just the one with blob of Mycelium exp this color changeing this behavrul that bad. Some where lite blue but this one, turned blue -purple was all most like a royel blue, I keep them in the temp of 82-86F. I'm thanking about going back to school to get my phd in micco bio to sudy Mycology, but I hate to write( as you can see why) a seventeen page eassy/book.

so if mycelium can exist around peroxide as I stated without training (vaccination), than the peroxide injection shouldn't have killed the mycelium.
Peroxide shouldn't kill the mycelium, just slow it down I would think.
I guess I should leave this to others because I'm kind of in over my head. I only partially understand specific applications of peroxide. Not enough to hold any weight in decision making.
I hope someone else can help you out. I was just wondering what text/person taught you that technique so I could review it myself.

I think you idea actually sounds like a very good one. It'd be very helpful to isolate a spore gene that cna survive through peroxide while other spores are stopped dead in their tracks. However, you do realize you'd need ...I don't know.... hundreds of thousands of years for the "evolution" to take place (unless there was a mutant that you could clone, but that in itslef is another part of evolution).

h2o2 is used in cloning. I believe Mrcyofile was were I read about this. Neglect tek.

It sould only take about one to three at max growings(as we are speeding up the time in the lab by growing them out ) or less to get the mycelium use to the higher h2o2. As the spore are (the seeds) of the mushroom before them that care the genes of the mushrooms before. In both Mr Stamets TMC & GGMM when a strain is sowing weaking you sould go back to the mother slait/spores to get a sronger strain. when each spore come togather thay make a sub stran? Kind of like when you grow out spores from outside thay don't look like the ones from the outdoors? I'm right about that?

h2o2 will kill the spores, not the mcy or pieces of shroom tissue. Might some of the mcy but not all.
