indoor growing bedding question

I am about to purchase a spore syringe of some active mushies plus a MycoJar (very sterile fruiting jar complete with everything needed). Plus a large humidity tent to go over the mycojar. this will be fertilized and placed in a moderate warm closet. Now my biggest question is once the mycojar is fertilized can i buy cow manure and mix it with the mycojar contents then place the mixture into a 10 gal. aquarium with the humidity tent over it...will the fertilization pass through the entire mixture and grow more mushrooms? Also after i harvest the mushrooms will More keep growing? And the last part of the question what stores carry cow manure?

Hey KB, welcome to the shroomery...
fertilized isn't quite the right term here. Colonized I guess. Take your syringe and inoculate your jars with about 1-2 cc's per jar. Incubate them in a box in a closet or wherever. Once the jar is 100% colonized on the bottom, wait 3 days or so and then "birth" the cake out of the jar. Birth it into a bag and break it up into small pieces Cow poo isn't really very good, get some horse poo and straw. Pasteurize your h/poo and/or straw and mix your broken up cake with the poo straw mix. Place into a double tub setup (check it out it is easy) once substrate is totally colonized case the substrate once mycelium is poking out of the casing, initiate pinning. light for 12 and 12 in a room with some small amount of air movement.
That's a rough outline of doing a bulk attempt with just a cake or a couple of cakes.
Mushrooms grow in flushes, so yes, your cake or casing will grow mushrooms in several waves known as flushes. Usually from 3 to 5 or so.

usually 10-12, enough for 6 jars no problem. 12 jars shouldn't be a problem either if you're careful
