Need help? Are these dangerous
    #5614087 - 05/10/06 06:27 PM (17 years, 8 months ago)

***sorry I posted this in the wrong forum earlier.

So here's the deal, me and my friends have came across a batch of shrooms. Pictured below

The top of the caps are grey-ish brown, grey-ish tan.
The inside of the caps are black.
Stems white.
I live in Oklahoma.
Found them next to our college, not in a pasture.
They smell like shrooms I've taken before, if that means anything.

Other than that, there's not much more info I can give.

I've searched all over this site, the forums, google, and can't find this type of shroom so I cant tell if its okay to eat or not. Of course I won't eat them unless I know for sure, so I was wandering if you guys could help.

Looks like Coprinus and not pyschoactive.

I think my eyes are getting better. Instead of a big dark blur I see a big light blur.

Those are either dried up Inky caps or Psathyrellas. Either way not active or edible.
