My spores are supposed to be here in a couple of days so I am getting everything ready. I have a couple quick questions and am also looking to hear any tips/suggestions anyone may have. First of all, this is my incubator... I read that ideal conditions while incubating should be 70% humidity, and the temp should be between 82-86. Currently my incubator is running at 70% humidity, and the temp is usually between 90-95. I know it's a little above recommended but will it still be alright?

you should totally submerge that heater.if casing the RH is OK but if you doing cakes its way too low.the heat is way too high i think.i kept the temp at 70-75 and they did great.

Pic is a little big.
70's fine for incubating jars. The RH isn't importaint when incubating jars, with the possible exception of desert climate, but I don't live in desert so I can't say how that works. I incubate in whatever RH the house happens to be.
When you birth the jars, you'll want to find a way to get the RH up to 95 or so.
You need to lower your temps! Growth will be slow, and high temps like that are _perfect_ for contams.

The average RH where i live is 20-25% and I don't need an incubator for jars. All you need to do is dunk and roll when they're done to re-hydrate. The temp is too high. 70-85 is where you want it, with 80-85 being optimal. Some studies suggest more potentcy if grown at lower temperatures, but I have no experience with that - yet, trials to begin soon.

You do not want your incubator to be humid. This only increases the likelihood of contamination spreading. The moisture content of your jars should be adjusted prior to pressure cooking, not in the incubator. Also, you should lower your temps to the low to mid 80's. Temps in the 90's + a wet incubator = contamination.
Search for a TiT (Tub in Tub) setup for an incubator.
Good luck

Thanks for the input so far! I changed to this for now...
No water in the bottom, just the cup. I probably wont keep the heater on all the time. Now to continue on with my plans. I bought these oven bags
which I plan to pasteurize my substrate in. For substrate I was planning on buying a bag of 'fine organic horse manure' that I saw at Lowes. I was then planning on using turkey trays to fruit in. I have two terrariums that I am planning to use, both will be identical. I have these rubbermaids
 and these racks
. Each rubbermaid is going to have two racks in it. Each rack will have 3 turkey trays on it. I am going to install an air pump for circulation and mount a thermometer. What would be best for humidity? I was thinking either water in the bottom with an aquarium heater, or just perlite. I'm not sure perlite would do the job with such large containers though.
