Between Flushes

What do most of you do between flushes? I've seen some say to add a new casing layer. While others say to just dunk, drain, and patch between flushes. Do you put it back into incubation conditions before fruiting the next flush or do you leave it in fruiting conditions?

I've filled my container with water just enough to let the casing float a bit to do a kindof dunk. Then after pouring it off, I'd fill the edges where the casing shrank with more casing material. The rest I just filled the gaps the shrinking casing left. I couldn't tell the difference between them. So guess just experiment a bit. Find what works good for you. For me k.i.s.s. works the best.

I would do that for small casings, but what about bulk growing?

I cased monotubs end to end and what I did was patched and then sprayed it down with an H202 solution right afterwords. Then I lightly sprayed it for the next couple of days until I saw new growth. Then I let it be.

My friend did the dunk method after his 1st flush, it's been in the FC now for 3 days and no pins have appeard yet, It was misted very lightly when it looked dry and just going to leave it be, though it kinda looks like an old mine field. Hopefully it starts soon, what generally is the amount of time for re-pin after intial flush?

I dunk mine for 24 hours , completely submerged , casing layer and all , and then stick back in the green house after draining it very well
I don't recase or even patch.
Don't worry about filling the gaps between it and the container either . Side pinning doesn't bother me at this point since the sub has shrunk enough to allow me to flip it over on the next harvest and pick the fruits with no problem . I've gotten quite a few very impressive fruits off the side .
That's just what I do

Thats what I like to hear you didn't disturb your future pins by recasing! You've got mycosense HC!
