need an id please

i found these in a cowfeild growing on some cow manure. i know they are of the panaeolus kind, due to veil absence. the gills were black, with a jet black sporeprint. the stems were a reddish-brown color, very long, and very slim. they were hollow, but sturdy. the pics of the mushrooms look different than they did in reality. i was thinking subbalteatus.



around 4-7 inches in height

looks like a pan campanulatus see the tooth-like fragments around the bottom of the cap? not active.

Those don't look like subbalteatus. They appear to be an inactive panaeolus.
