I found that dark rye flour is better than brf (faster colonisation and theorically gives more potent shrooms). You can mix them if you want to. As for the measurements, you should use 5-6 cups of verm instead of 3-4. 3-4 is not enough especially if you use 1 cup of water. Let us know what you think of the mix.
