Naturally blueing mushrooms. Im very sure they are not Psilocybe however. I think they might be a Hygrocybe or Inocybe im not very sure could use a ID.
Cap is coated with thick slime on it. It is hygrophorous, growing off moss and rich soil. No prominent veil on it.

My first stab is Hygrocybe psittacina, or maybe H. singeri. Good luck

Definitely appear to be Hygrocybe/Hygrophorus (some species were once hygrophorus and put into hygrocybe or vise versa).
I've seen what looks like the exact species. I am very familiar with the Hygrophorus genus. I can't give you an exact species. There are so many species of hygrophorus on the east coast that it's crazy.
There is a mushroom similar to the parrot mushroom that had a blue coloration near the top of the stem and sometimes on the gills.
I have encountered it myself. I find one that has pink, green, AND blue tones on it! I believe it's not active, and that the blue color is just the natural coloration. It doesn't seem to be a result of bruising.
They are pretty hard to grab onto and can slip right out of your hands.
I find that hygrophorus are some of the most pretty mushrooms.
Inocybes have fiber caps and can be called "fiber heads".. they aren't slimy like that. Inocybes also don't drop white spores - so it is very easy to distinguish an Inocybe from a hygrocybe or hygrophorus.
