Pyramids in Bosnia

Perhapse you've heard of this..
An american scientist, who is originally from Bosnia, thinks he has discovered about 3 pyramids burried in dirt, near the bosnian capital city of Sarajevo. The satelite shots show that 3 hills have a pretty straight pyramidal shape, and large stone blocks were found in that area, though the "pyramids" are still covered with dirt and vegetation.
http://www.visocko-oko.co.ba/pogled1.jpg
The archeologist has even met with the president of Bosnia, and the government has promised him funds to dig the pyramids up
BUT
the other archeologiests object to that idea, because they find it absurd that it could be a pyramid, since before Slavenians, in Bosnia were Romans and before romans, prachistoric tribes. And at the time that these pyramids were supose to be from (don't know how they determined the age of the hills) people were still living in caves. So they are opting for this to stop. To make things worse, there are some other diggs in that area which are protected, and other archeologists threaten to inform UNESCO of this, so that they be forbidden to dig in that area.
Now if this discovery is true, it could rewrite the history of humanity, it would mean that human history was not so linear as we thought it would be and that there was some kind of a huge planetary civilisation, however primitive, that built huge pyramids everywhere.
The largest of these Pyramids is supose to be 30% larger than the Great pyramid in Egypt.
Either the voice of dogma will forever keep these hills as a mistery, or we might discover a hidden history of human race, or neither, in case they do dig and find that its nothing but a hill.
what do you make of this?

Quote:
the pyramid is 100 metres high and there is evidence that it contains rooms and a monumental causeway … The plateau is built of stone blocks, which indicates the presence at the time of a highly developed civilisation,” the daily explains.
“Archaeological excavations near the surface have uncovered a part of a wall and fragments of steps,” it reveals.
“Visocica hill could not have been shaped like this by nature,” geologist Nada Nukic tells the daily. “This is already far too more than we have anticipated, but we expect a lot more from further analysis,” she concludes.

It all seems very interesting. Let us hope scientific dogma gets disspated after this findings.

Yea, the logic of these bosnian archeologists who opose this is: in those times people were living in caves, therefore this IS NOT a pyramid, it is absurt to even think such a thing.
So even if they uncovered it and found it to be a real pyramid, those people would STILL say looking at it: "you are insane, this pyramid SHOULD NOT be here, because it makes no sense accoarding to what we learned on the university, so abviously it is NOT here, and you are a fool. This pyramid that even we see in front of us simply has no place within known human history, so we must sue you for digging it up and we shall destroy it because it doesnt exist, and it sure takes a lot of space for something that doesn't exist, so we'll have to remove it"
oh the arogance
100-200 years ago, a scientist was someone who searched for answers with imagination, expetcing anything could be true. Nowdays, a scientist is someone who thinks he has it all figure out, and expect no great discoveries in the future

On a related note...the jury is still out on the underwater pyramid structures discovered off the coast of Japan.
There is speculation that these structures are 10,000 years old...which would certainly change alot of perceptions.

yea, and three guesses as to what the jury will say...
the convenient belief is that they are extraordinary natural creations
What was that philosophy teaching made by some american philosopher, that says the truth is that which is usefull? Utilitarism was it? Well that's the religion of modern day

Very interesting...amazing the things that go on in the world, without any coverage by the mainstream media.

true.
i think the main problem why the media doesn't give it coverage is because they don't know how to MARKET it.
they can't make a profit off it so they act like it doesn't exist.

And how many people now about the Russians and theirs pyramid constructions projects f.e.
Of course there would be no media coverage for these kind of things. If you get the majority of world population thinking about the pyramids and asking question who build them around the world.. and how were they build and what is their purpose etc. what would happen?
You don't want people asking these kind of questions thinking about matters which sheep's aren't supposed to think about... because then you cant control these sheep's as you wish...
I am glad to hear that work on examining these Bosnian pyramids is resumed, hopefully we will have some important major discoveries in near future.

Quote From Wikipedia page about Bosnian Pyramids
The current target of the project is to complete excavation by 2012. This is in order to "break a cloud of negative energy, allowing the Earth to receive cosmic energy from the centre of the galaxy" according to Osmanagić, who also hopes that it will be listed as UNESCO World Heritage Site.

actually they are, I myself consider doing the same thing
http://www.bosnianpyramid.com/index_Files/Volunteers.html
but since the site is not updated regularly, you could send them the email and ask for details
