Wheat strew pasturization- common household molds

During pasturization are spores(mainly Trichoderma/Aspergillus/Dactylium), that may have gotten in while shredding, killed? Is 160F for an hour a good pasturization temp/time?

Yes, unwanted organisms will be killed during pasteurisation. 160F is fine, dude keeps it between 145-160 for 1.5h or so(an hour is probably ok).
