All the previous 4 times I've done mush it's been accompanied by fairly severe gutrot which makes the whole trip somewhat uncomfortable. This has happened to me even on doses under a gram, so I guess that shows how I really don't have an iron stomach at all. Anyway, I had heard about ginger before, so in anticipation of my next trip, I bought a 16 pack of ginger tea, intending to drink a cup about an hour before I dosed.
Through lack of time I ended up just cutting open a tea bag and eating the ginger in it straight (not as unpleasant as I would've expected, although it wasn't my idea of fun). I ate the ginger about an hour before I dosed, and had an absolutely awesome time, with ~zero~ gut rot at all. Also, I found out that if you just go to the grocery store, you can get a giant chunk of the stuff for about 2-3$. Most people say to grate off (or cut up) a piece about the size of a dice (YMMV) and eat that before you dose.
Anyway, I strongly recommend ginger because it didn't seem to have any other side effects (like the drowsiness that comes with dramamine for example).
Good luck =)
"Order some golf shoes," I whispered. "Otherwise, we'll never get out of this place alive. You notice these lizards don't have any trouble moving around in this muck - that's because they have ~claws~ on their feet."
What is gutrot? Is it really rotting your gut? I don't think so. Do you mean an Upset stomach?
Total abstinence is so excellent a thing that it cannot be carried to too great an extent. In my passion for it I even carry it so far as to totally abstain from total abstinence itself.
