While the image looks cool it is not. What is occurring in the image is not.
This is one of several reasons why farmers do not like people in their pastures.
This cow, can esily damage his neck on that barb wire tryimg to lick salt from the girls hand.
Many pickers abuse cattle, leave fences open, leave beer bottles, candy wrappers-paper trashm bring their pet dogs into fields who chase cattle and cause problems which affect their cattle.
As many who collect in Florida and southern pasturelands learn, farmers can be very uptight at pickers for this very incidident in the photo of the girl and cow.
Also, that is why some farmers have electric fences so that cattle do not engage their necks or heads into a bard-wired fence. Once a cow or bull has been chaerge with electrical bursts from such fences, they usually never touch the fence again. I was once zapped heavilly into unconsciouness in Oregon when a farmer saw me and turned up the charge on the fence.
Please remember to respect their properties, even if you are trespassing on them. Your curteous time in such fields can be a boon to other pickers who might follow in your footsteps.
however, if a farmer comes out and sees thrash and garbage, beer bottles, pop cans, dogs chasing their cattle, etc., he would be very rude to this person in the picture if he caught someone who cause a cow or horse to stick their heads into a barb-wired fence.

I personally have never seen that happen before. Although some one once told me that after a bad day of hunting they decided to lure a cow into a fence and 360 dropkick it in the head. I don't know if this was true or not...

Personally, if I ever saw anyone do that to an animal ... I'd ensure I repayed them with the same curteous respect and kick them in the balls.

Don't think it means anything. Some guy trying to tell us the picture of the cow with it's neck stuck in a barbed wire fence is fucking hilarious.

Umm my cow does that all the time to get the grass on the other side. Its no big deal no harm. She even tore the entire barded wire fence down. Now when my horse fell into the barb wire in the dark and got wrapped up that was another story

No, it wasn't me... Ok "Some person", had once told me about how he engaged a cows neck in a fence. While the cows neck was engaged in the fence he decided to engage himself in a 360 dropkick to the cows head! I don't know if this is true or not, and I have never seen it happen before.

man, are all youys dense? (no o-fence) He's trying to point out not only how shapely the girl he's enamoured about is, but also that she has a powerful maternal side that is part of her overall beauty. The cow isn't actually what he wants his baby to look like. It is rather more like a symbol of the blending of what now gives him life (i.e. a good steak and a magic mushroom) with what his bigger goals in life, for meaning are, that is, his child born from the one he loves.

This the dumbest thread I've ever read.
(1) We may say we hope your date goes well, but seriously nobody gives two nobs of sheep shit (2) The cow looks in absolutely zero danger/pain and is in no danger of becoming so; it's not going to torture itself for a lick of salt. (3) A 360 dropkick is an impossible manouvere; I suspect even for ninjas.

You hit the nail on the head. If this girl is intentionally trying to get the cow to get "barbed" then she's a moron. Animal abuse is nothing to laugh at.

Gotta add I dont know what the dude was trying to say.
Quote:

Haha when I read that I was like ummmm, Tom the cow?
I think he might be trying to point out that most cows run away and that it was interesting to see a cow come right up to the fence and be friendly? I live in NZ with lots of cows - and that is pretty odd, perhaps especially for a foreigner.
I dont think "Tom" looks to be in any danger, hope it all goes well haha. They have pretty thick skins and I know of many cows that dont care at all about barbed wire.

I think he's probably insane. Therefore I'll submit that it is cruel to make comment on the symptoms of the condition; such as delusionaly subjective phantasies of Gramma baiting, squirmy innuendoes.
