Do not believe...

...and do not not believe.
A man says, "I believe this." Another man says, "I do not believe this." There is no difference between the two, for they are both relying on beliefs.
Rather than believe, know, or do not know.

Well, at the end of the day it's a matter of either knowing or not knowing.
Nice post.

I believe in nothing. And you're right, experiential knowledge is great!
A man says, "I believe this." Another man says, "I do not believe this." There is no difference between the two, for they are both relying on beliefs.
I find this is a point that is particularly difficult to convey to some atheists. They think that theism is a belief but that atheism is somehow excluded from being a belief. One is the belief that something exists, one is the belief that something does not exist.

There is no difference between the two, for they are both relying on beliefs.
How does disbelief equal belief? If you were to say: "I believe X exists" and "I believe X doesn't exist" were both beliefs, then I would agree wholeheartedly.
Belief: Mental acceptance of and conviction in the truth, actuality, or validity of something Disbelief: Doubt about the truth of something

Belief (one way or another) is the only thing a man really has, because knowledge is an illusion. To know something means to believe with little doubt
but I agree with you that believing and not believing are the same thing, even though those who do not believe pretend they are more logical
