Do you ever look back at your life...

and find trouble actualizing it's occurrence? Everything prior to two years ago seems like a dream to me. It's so incredibly surreal I can't even grasp it.

I usually focus on that type of discorporation during meditating until my thought patterns become completely intrinsic with everything else.. the old Here, Now. Perhaps as the past fades by default, it's a phsychophysical nudge to to look skyward into Oneness and Nowness.

Time sure seems to fly by. Once it has past it's kinda hard to look back upon it. When I do try and look upon what I have done in the past it makes me feel weird. Realizing that that time has past and that I am in the now. The present time is the most easiest to focus on.

Ever since I was diagnosed with Schizophrenia, I've had the worst dreams, nightmares, life has been a struggle. Holding on to my mental stability has been loose and hard at times to focus on the now. Even though it's so easy to understand what you are doing now, at present time.

Peace,
Octavius
