what can i do if water droplets are forming on my mycelium?(on top of the casings) can i leave it there or should i get it off? i have alot of mist in my FC.

Just use a Q-tip or similar and dobb it up.

yeah, def get that standing water off there. take it out of the humidity for a while?

so should i not run my cool mist 24/7 since it gets water droplets on my mycelium?, or run my US more?

It all depends on how big your greenhouse is, because you didn't say. Mine has fifteen shelves inside, and still I only run the cool mist 1 minute on, 6 minutes off to maintain 90% with no water droplets forming. Personally, I see no use for an ultrasonic.

Hey RR...How much did it cost for the (:bongload:)...The timer that turns your cool mist on and off at such a close rate? (6 mintues off then on for 1.)

I had one but it was for a fish tank...Like 15 bucks...I could only set it by the hour...But I have to get 24 plastic pieces to do that :smirk:...Then I lost it, :lol:

Try using excelsior moss stuffed into your tubing directly coming out of the cool mist. It will keep the air very humid but not allow any extra moisture into it. credit blue helix with this finding. Excelsior is certainly the way to go, works perfect for both of us.

I'm using the cyclestat 4 timer at the bottom of the page. There's also some other cool toys for us on that same page.
