What can peroxide really do? *PICTURED*

I've had six casings in my FC for around a week and a half now. For a while, I encountered slight cobweb mold on a few of the casings, and to begin with, my cakes only composed a layer of mycellium measuring 1/2 inch so it's taken a while for the casing to colonize.
When I awoke this morning, I had signs of my first pinset, but my mycellium layer has a hint of blue. I didn't want to throw it out without asking a few questions first.
Could peroxide have bruised the layer itself? I just found it strange that I haven't had any problems with contams until hitting a pinset. And if I have encountered blue mold, I'm presuming that it is an airborne contam, and that my other casings have been at risk? Is my fruiting chamber at risk of being severly contaminated as well?
To give you an idea of how small my space is, my martha sits on the right, and my incubator to the left:

My Martha only runs with the coolmist:

Air circulation using a 10 inch box fan and a holmes air purifier:

And my problems:

If it is bluemold, then could I possibly spreading the bacteria with so much air circulation? The only way I can get my temperature below 80 in my martha is to use the fan and a 40W light bulb.
And my casings were indeed cased improperly. My mycellium layer was only 1/2 inch thick and took almost 12 days to fully colonize with one lagging behind. The only thing that I am confused about is why I would get a contam so late if fully colonized mycellium is somewhat resistant to them?
Just give me an idea of where the problem most likely originated from so I can prevent something like this from occuring in the future.
Thanks!
Thanks-

That's not mold, it's bruising. If necessary, you can inject a bit of moisture into it with an old syringe. RR

Yes, but sterilize the syringe inside and out, you would hate to introduce true contamination this late in the process. good luck.
